Our highly motivated team of 30 recruiters, working in 16 offices across Europe, adds 40 new candidates every week. This enables us to cover even larger staffing requirements in a timely manner. LUTO Group offers you an all-in-one service. We take care of accommodation, clothing, insurance and employee supervision. Our experienced coordinators will make sure that everything runs smoothly on site.

Recruitment

Interviews – Interviews are, of course, an important part of our selection process. During these interviews we try to get to know the candidates as much as possible. We have a team of more than 250 experienced workers throughout Europe who are well equipped for the assembly of modular and other buildings. Our employees have extensive experience in various types of assembly and are experts in their field. They are equipped with their own tools, which enables the faster and more efficient realization of projects.
